Start the process by lifting and supporting the vehicle followed by heat shield removal. Your first task should be to disconnect the ho2s electrical connector before taking out the ho2s. The ho2s requires torque to 41 n.m (30 lb ft) before attaching its connector beneath the harness heat shield to avoid damage. End your process by readjusting the heat shield and lowering the vehicle then clear all stored codes.
