How to properly service and repair the Tail Light on 2004 Buick LeSabre?

In order to change the tail lamp, take off the sill plate of the rear compartment. Discover the tail lamp connector and grommet and detach the tail lamp assembly. Install replaced bulbs, making sure that the grommet is in place. Install the assembly again, screw it and reconnect the tail lamp connector. Lastly, install the sill plate once again.
