  A: Starting with Battery Cable disconnection and engine mount strut removal from the engine completes the sequence for Oil Pan replacement. Install the engine support fixture (J32594-B) then use it to safely lift and support the vehicle. First remove A/C Compressor mounting bolts and set the compressor aside while also separating the catalytic converter pipe from the engine right side Exhaust Manifold. Start by draining engine oil before taking out the frame assembly and oil level sensor wiring harness connection as well as the Starter motor. Detach the transaxle brace from its position on the Oil Pan and remove both the engine mount bracket and engine mount which operates from the Oil Pan. Install the torque wrench adapter (J39505) to remove all engine right side Oil Pan side bolts before removing the pan and the gasket. Prepare the gasket surface of both components by cleaning before you put the Oil Pan Gasket together with the Oil Pan.
