How to service and repair the Blend Door Actuator on the right on 2003 Buick Rendezvous?

For the right Air Temperature Actuator to be serviced and repaired, extract the instrument panel (I/P) compartment first. Next, eliminating the right hand temperature door lever spring and the right hand temperature lever from the right hand door tempareature door. Remove the electrical connector from the right hand temperature actuator and its mounting screws and pull off the actuator. For installation, locate the right hand temperature actuator and fix it with the mounting screws and tighten them to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Its time to reconnect the electrical connector that is pertaining to the actuator and attach the lever that is pertaining to the right hand temperature door to the right hand temperature door making sure that the pin in the actuator is hooked to the slot in the lever. Connect the right hand temperature door lever spring to the lever and the HVAC module case, reinstall the I/P compartment, then finally the actuators will be recalibrated.
