How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2003 Buick Century?

In order to swap the blower motor resistor assembly, the right side instrument panel insulator will have to be removed. Lightly disconnect the electrical connector with the blower motor resistor and motor. Unscrew both resistors, and remove the assembly. Installation To install again, position screws and tighten them, reconnect electrical connectors and put the insulator back on.
