How to service and repair the defroster Blend Door Actuator on 2003 Buick Century?

To have access to the defroster actuator, take off the right instrument panel insulator and I/P compartment. Disconnect the vacuum lines, and apply hand vacuum pump. Take the actuator out of the HVAC module, remove the recirculation actuator door and unattach the actuator to the door arm. Install everything again later.
