Pull out the storage bins/cd changer and then remove the cover of the floor of the storage bin. Remove the floor console electric connections (1,2,3) and move the front seats rearward to reach the front console-to-floor anchor bolts. Freely remove bolts securing metal bracket arms to floor, remove nuts from the rear of console to the Floor Pan and screws from console to the lower instrument panel (IP). Lift the rear of the floor console to gain access at the cellular phone connections then disconnect the cellular electrical connector and coaxial cable , then slide the console rearward and removed from the vehicle. For installation, partially install the floor console, lift the rear clipping end of the cellular phone electrical connector and the coaxial cable then clip the floor console electrical connectors. Position the front edge of the floor console against the lower ip; meanwhile, position the rear onto the rear studs and drill the screws through the floor console to the lower ip and tighten it up to 2 n.m (18 lb in). Install nuts on the studs, ending with a tightening of 10 n.m (89 lb in ), and then the bolts are tightened to 10 n.m (89 lb in). On the both sides of console connect the electric connectors (1,2,3) and install the cover to the floor of the storage bin and install park lock cable to the shifter and the Shift Cable. Last, install left and right console trim panels and the console trim plate and storeroom bins or cd changer if required, and turn on the sir.
