  A: Start servicing the Throttle Position Sensor by disconnecting two electrical connectors: the idle air control (IAC) connector from the iac sensor and the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) connector from the MAP Sensor. First remove the water pump belt cover before removing the throttle position (TP) sensor retaining screws which allow you to disconnect the tp sensor electrical connector from the tp sensor. Install a new o-ring onto the tp sensor before attaching the tp sensor electrical connector to its location. The Throttle Body receives the tp sensor after fixation of the tp sensor screws to 2.3 n.m (20 lb in). After reattaching the iac electrical connector to the iac sensor and the MAP Sensor electrical connector to the MAP Sensor complete the process by reinstalling your water pump belt and tensioner cover. Conduct the tp sensor learn procedure by activating the run/on position through the ignition switch for one minute before returning to lock/off and waiting 15 seconds.
