How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2002 Buick Rendezvous?

The valve spring and valve stem oil seal replacement require the piston to be at the top dead center in order to avoid falling of the valve. Take out the spark plug, fit the spark plug port adapter and apply compressed air. Disassemble rocker arm, compress the spring of the valve, and change its parts. Last but not least, reinstall rocker arm and spark plug.
