How to service the power mirror switch on 2002 Buick Rendezvous?

When servicing power mirror switch, loosen the switch plate by a small flat-bladed tool by removing the switch plate off the door trim panel. Disconnect the electrical connector, and then disconnect the power mirror switch. To install, install the switch, reinstall the switch into the switch plate and reattach the plate back to the door trim.
