To service and repair the steering knuckle, raise and support the vehicle. Remove the tire and wheel assembly, then the front wheel drive shaft bearing. Detach the outer tie rod end and remove the strut bolts to take out the knuckle. Reinstall the knuckle and components, then lower the vehicle.
