In order to change the auxiliary evaporator core, collect the required tools and take off the auxiliary HVAC module assembly. Disconnect AC wires, loosen bolts to hold TXV, and take out evaporator core. Add PAG oil to fresh core, fit back punctuation and perform leak test with the Halogen Leak Detector.
