How to replace the rear wiper motor on 2001 Chevrolet Metro?

In order to change the rear wiper motor, turn off the plastic clips and inner trim panel. Unplug the electrical connector and ground screw, remove the mounting nuts and the motor. Take off the crank arm connection. To put it up, install the linkage, fix the motor onto the motor, reconnect the electrical connector, and then re-install the trim panel.
