First free the wiper motor electric connection and remove the three wiper motor bolts to start the replacement. Grasp the motor to slide it from the bulkhead without detaching the wiper motor crank arm. The wiper cranks need this arm to go back to their parked position. Use a tool to detach the wiper linkage from the motor crank and take out the wiper motor from the vehicle. Fix the wiper linkage to the wiper motor crank arm first. Install the wiper motor onto the bulkhead and secure it with three bolts tightened to 20 N.m (15 lb ft). Last step is to attach the wiper motor electrical connector.
