The replacement process for power steering return line starts by removing the Drive Belt from the Power Steering Pump pulley. First disconnect the Power Steering Hose nut along with the retainer and separate the power steering return hose from the Power Steering Pump. First elevate the vehicle on a hoist and detach the return hose both from the retainer and power steering gear before removing the return hose from the vehicle. Include the following installation steps: install hoses straight with no bends and follow the fastener specifications. You should begin by fitting the power steering return hose onto the power steering gear while tightening it with torque at 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.).
