The headlights must be aimed properly that they will not glare other motorists on the road and at the same ensure proper illumination of the road is done. The aim should therefore be checked annually or whenever there is change of the headlight or front-end body work. The following is a guide to do it for a transitional period until you can get an expert to do an alignment. The models discussed are not fitted with any horizontal adjustment screws. To correct the headlights, needs a piece of masking tape, a wall without any writing, and a flat surface. First place the vertical line using the masking tape across the wall and aligning with the centre line of the car as well as the centre lines of both headlights, then a horizontal line of the masking tape for easier alignment.
