    You should first take off the lower Control Arm assembly and put it in a vise to replace the lower Ball Joint. When starting your drill on the rivet use a center punch for help then cut off the rivet by drilling or grinding. After securing the lower Control Arm with a vise you should remove the rivets using a punch and hammer. After that step use the tools to take out the Ball Joint from the lower Control Arm. Put the Ball Joint over the lower Control Arm and while holding the bolt tighten the nut to the recommended specification. Mount the Ball Joint fasteners with nuts and bolts and tighten them to 50 pound feet or 68 n.m. Carefully place your lower Control Arm back into the vehicle before checking the required alignment settings.
