Service professionals should start by removing the throttle body air inlet duct before extracting both engine mount struts. After vehicle suspension you can safely detach the catalytic converter pipe which runs through the engine right side
Exhaust Manifold. First detach the wheel and tire from the front right side then safely remove the right engine splash shield. You must first insert wooden material between the jack support and
Oil Pan to avoid damage before removing the Engine Mount Bracket-to-oil pan bolts. Fitting wood between the Oil Pan and utility stand should be done before employing the stand for Oil Pan elevation. Completely detach the Engine Mount Bracket from the engine mount after extracting the engine mount upper nuts. The procedure begins with fastening the Engine Mount Bracket to the engine mount followed by mounting the engine mount upper nuts which must be tightened to 47 nm (35 ft. Lbs.). Liftable the engine using the utility stand before mounting the engine bracket on the Oil Pan while tightening the bolts to 58 nm (43 ft. Lbs.). Reinstall the right engine splash shield and the right front wheel and tire along with connecting the catalytic converter pipe to the engine right side Exhaust Manifold. To complete the task lower the vehicle before installing the engine mount struts along with the throttle body air inlet duct.
