Place the timing mark on the Crankshaft directly underneath the timing mark on the bottom face of the Timing Chain dampener. While holding the camshaft sprocket with the Timing Chain suspended beneath install the Timing Chain to the Crankshaft Gear ensuring both the camshaft gear timing mark matches the timing mark position on top of the Timing Chain dampener. Pull the camshaft sprocket onto the camshaft through the dowel hole alignment with the camshaft dowel using the mounting bolt. Place engine oil on Crankshaft and camshaft sprocket before securing the mounting bolt at 140 nm torque (103 ft. Lbs.).
