  The condenser replacement process begins with recovering refrigerant from the vehicle's a/c system before draining the cooling system. Start by removing cooling fans together with cooling Fan Shroud before using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to move hose clamps for draining the Radiator lower hose. Begin by disconnecting the lower toc line from the Radiator before removing the a/c discharge hose along with its nut from the condenser block. Immediately use tape or caps to seal off disconnected a/c refrigerant components to stop contaminant entry. Proceed with disconnecting the tube after removing its inlet tube bolt by capping or taping the open lines. Start the condenser removal by uninstalling the Radiator and condenser assembly then move on to the condenser tube clip bolt and its corresponding clip and finish by loosening the mounting bolts to extract the condenser from the Radiator. To remove the receiver dehydrator drain the engineer first needs to detach its upper bracket bolt together with lower mounting bolts so that they can disconnect it from the condenser before disposing of the sealing washers. During condenser replacement, add pag oil according to specification to the unit before installing the receiver dehydrator with fresh sealing washers and securing it to the condenser by tightening lower bolts to 6 n.m (53 lb in) and upper bracket bolt to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Attach the condenser to the Radiator through mounting bolts which need 6 n.m (53 lb in) torque setting before completion with condenser tube clip tightening its bolt up to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). The Radiator and condenser assembly should be reinstalled after removing the tape or cap from the evaporator inlet tube while installing a new sealing washer before fastening the inlet tube with its bolt securely tightened to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Follow these steps when fixing the a/c discharge hose: uncap or peel its tape then apply a new washer before securing the hose and tightening its nut to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Attach the lower toc line to the Radiator then put the Radiator lower hose in place before using the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to fasten it. The cooling system filling process begins after replacement of cooling fans with the cooling Fan Shroud. Next comes the a/c system evacuation and recharge process followed by final steps of fitting leak detection with a halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).
