The replacement process begins by taking out the Drive Belt before extracting the right engine strut mount and right engine mount strut bracket. Employ the en 46104 Water Pump Pulley holding tool to prevent the Water Pump Pulley as you remove the Water Pump Pulley bolts followed by the pulley itself. Perform Water Pump bolt removal before removing the pump itself while discarding the outdated Water Pump seal. Before you install a new Water Pump seal and its accompanying Water Pump on your vehicle's Water Pump you must thoroughly clean both sealing surfaces. Screw in the Water Pump bolts until they reach 10 nm (89 lb in) torque then reinstall the Water Pump Pulley while securing its bolts to 10 nm (89 lb in) using the en 46104 tool for protection. Reinstall the right engine strut mount together with the right engine mount strut bracket before fitting the Drive Belt. Use proper method to complete the cooling system filling process.
