To service the air door actuator/motor, start off by removing the right rear quarter trim panel. Remove the retaining screws which hold the air temperature actuator to the rear HVAC module, and pull out the actuator, after disconnecting the electrical connector of the air temperature actuator. Position then air temperature actuator onto the rear hvac module and tighten it using the retaining screws. Reconnect the electrical connector to the air temperature actuator and recalibrate it, as well. Lastly, reinstall the right rear quarter trim panel.
