How to replace Heated Oxygen Sensor 1 on Chevrolet Impala?

In order to replace heated Oxygen Sensor 1, disconnect the heater Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) and remove the connector position assurance (CPA). After that, disconnect the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector from the ignition coil bracket and pull out the ho2s from the Exhaust Manifold. During installation, apply anti-seize compound pn 12377953 to the threads of the old sensor in case it is being re-installed since this compound is made of liquid graphite and glass beads, which make it easier to remove. Mount the ho2s to the Exhaust Manifold and fasten it with a torque of 42 nm (31 lb ft). Then, link the ho2s electrical connector, fit the cpa retainer, and lastly, connect the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector. Replace it on the ignition coil bracket.
