First clean all gasket surfaces after which attach the new gaskets and Spark Plug wire shields along with bolts onto the Exhaust Manifold while relying on gasket tabs to maintain bolt position. The Exhaust Manifold installation requires two tightening passes at 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) followed by 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). You should reinstall the Catalytic Converter assembly with the Starter before you add the Spark Plug wire support and its corresponding bolts which need to be tightened up to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.). After that install the fender wheelhouse extension, put back the front tire and lower the vehicle while reconnecting the Spark Plug Wires.

Apply two tightening passes to the manifold bolts beginning with center bolts and continuing from side to side. First tighten to 15 nm (11 lb ft) then to 20 nm (15 lb ft). A flat punch should be used to bend the excessive gasket material at the rear of the Cylinder Head. The egr pipe installation to the manifold requires performance while we also reinstall the Spark Plug Wires. You should use a new seal to install the Catalytic Converter to the Exhaust Manifold.
