  The replacement process of valve Rocker Arm and push rod begins with valve Rocker Arm cover removal while organizing valve rocker arms pushrods along with pivot support on a rack to maintain original placement. Start the procedure by uninstalling the bolts securing the valve rocker arms followed by their removal together with the valve Rocker Arm pivot support which leads to pushrods extraction. Inspection and cleansing procedures should follow the valve rocker arms and pushrods. Rocker Arm valve and Pushrod lubrication during reassembly requires the use of clean engine oil which should also be used to treat the valve Rocker Arm bolt flange. First install the valve Rocker Arm pivot support before installing the pushrods into valve lifter sockets and then into the ends of the rocker arms with proper seating but without tightening the bolts yet. First install the rocker arms along with the bolts and check the number one Piston position at top dead center compression stroke while aligning the number one rocker arms outside of lift position and placing the Crankshaft sprocket key at the 1:30 mark. The engine needs to be in the number one firing position to tighten the exhaust valve Rocker Arm bolts for cylinders 1, 2, 7, 8 to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.) while the intake Rocker Arm bolts for cylinders 1, 3, 4 and 5 need tightening to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). After the Crankshaft reaches full rotation at 360 degrees, torque the valve Rocker Arm bolts to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.) while they lead to cylinders 3, 4, 5, 6 exhaust and 2, 6, 7, 8 intake. Follow the installation procedure by placing the valve Rocker Arm cover to its proper position.
