Softly tap with a hammer as needed to have the tool properly set itself. Thread j 44570-3 into the j 44570-1 and axle bushing before installing the washer and nut manually. Tighten this assembly until a secure fit occurs. After using a hammer to drive out the bushing from the axle sleeve you should disassemble the tool and remove the bushing. For assembly position the bushings into the axle sleeve by lining up rubber ends toward the inner area as you place them in the same direction identified during extraction steps. Use j 44570-1 to position the bushing while inserting j 44570-3 through this bushing along with the axle bushing to finally apply the j 44570-2 bearing, washer and nut. Perform bushing insertion into the axle sleeve through hex shaft rotation with hand-tightening of the shaft nut followed by disassembly to remove the installation tools. Install the axle brackets to the axle bushings through the alignment slot on their outboard side before applying loose bushing bolts and park brake cable brackets and nuts. Use the jacking fixture to drop the axle until the bushing brackets rest on the body's surface. At this position tighten the axle bracket to body bolts by hand just to secure bracket contact. First properly adjust the axle height then apply 90 n.m (66 lb ft) torque while adding a 60 degree angle to the bushing through bolt tightening. Install the underbody pins through the axles brackets and tighten the left and right axle bracket bolts before adjusting torque to 90 n.m (66 lb ft) +30 degrees. After supporting the axle with jack stands, uninstall the lower shock bolts and drop the jacks down for coil spring installation with the colored tag oriented toward the back of the vehicle. Raise the jacks to compress the springs slightly for lower shock bolt installation while tightening them to 110 n.m (81 lb ft). After jack stand removal you should attach the brake hose brackets to their body locations and secure them with nuts. Then install the wheels before letting the vehicle rest on the ground.
