Apply 525 viscosity refrigerant oil to o-rings which should be later installed onto the liquid line before filtering the unit again. Bottom out the liquid line inside the accumulator before tightening the nuts to 15 n.m (11 lb ft). Complete the system work by installing the Evaporator tube then evacuate and charge the system followed by leak testing before bringing down the vehicle.
