As the first step for inlet Radiator Hose replacement you must drain the cooling system content. To perform this task loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps which secure both the
Throttle Body and mass airflow/intake air temperature sensor before you remove the duct. Examine the engine sight shield for removal in case it is needed. Start by detaching the radiator vent inlet hose from its clips on the radiator while also moving its clamp to the radiator and finally removing the hose from the radiator. The next step involves removing the inlet hose clip from the
Fan Shroud after repositioning the inlet hose clamp from the water outlet to extract the inlet hose from the water outlet. The inlet hose must be fitted to the water outlet before adjusting the outlet hose clamp. Reposition the Fan Shroud inlet hose clip before you join the inlet hose to the radiator and position its clamp. Reconnect the radiator vent inlet hose to the radiator inlet hose clips before putting back engine sight shields when needed as long as the duct outlet arrow faces the Throttle Body stud. Finish the installation by attaching the air cleaner outlet duct while tightening clamps to 7 nm at the Throttle Body and maf/iat sensor position. Then proceed to fill the cooling system.
