In order to replace the lower Ball Joint first raise the vehicle, respecting the vehicle lifting and the rear wheel steering lifting and jacking notice for safety. Erase a tire and wheel then take out the bolt and nut that fastens bracket to reveal the pinch bolt. Next, pull off the snap ring from the Ball Joint stud, and the bolts that secure the lower Ball Joint to the
Steering Knuckle. Remove that pinch bolt that secures the lower ball and remove the lower Ball Joint form the vehicle. For installation, align the new lower Ball Joint and then bolt it to the steering process with the component bolts and tighten them to 110 n.m (81 lb ft). Snug the lower Ball Joint pinch bolt and tighten it to 230 n.m (169 lb ft). Then, put on the snapring upon the lower Ball Joint, and the bolt and nut securing the bracket to the axle, then tighten to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Lastly, do a four-wheel alignment and install the rire and wheel again and bring down the vehicle.
