Start with disabling sir system functions before you take off the Steering Column trim plates. Separated from the switch, remove the retaining screws from the multifunction switch and disconnect its electrical wires. Link the electrical wires to the multifunction switch and return it to the Steering Column's space. Fasten the Steering Column trim covers while setting the retaining screws to 7 nm and 62 inch lbs. Finally, enable the sir system.
