How to replace the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on Cadillac XLR?

Remove the intake manifold sight shield and IMT sensor 2 connector before you replace IMT sensor 2. After that, carefully take out IMT sensor 2. When putting in the new IMT sensor 2, confirm that the replacement part is the right one for your vehicle. Make sure you use sealer on the sensor threads, then put in the IMT sensor 2 and tighten it to 20 N.m (15 lb ft). When you have installed the part, plug in the IMT sensor 2 connector and put back the intake manifold sight shield.
