Turn the propeller shaft once more and apply this same joint removal procedure to the remaining Universal Joint. Replace both items at once since the damaged Slip Yoke affects the Universal Joint. Take out the Slip Yoke from the propeller shaft while also removing the retaining ring from the Slip Yoke. Use the j-9522-3 and j-9522-5 separators with a press to remove the universal bearing from the yoke and then take the spider from the Slip Yoke for complete cleaning of the parts.
