To replace the evap canister purge solenoid valve, you should first disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve electrical connector and the evap purge pipe as on the evap canister purge valve. Take the-runtime throttle and loosen its-retaining bolt, then pull it out, and set aside from the
Intake Manifold while separating the evap canister purge valve from the said-peak. For installation, once more, open the throttle but not entirely then don't forget to install a fresh o-ring on the evap purge valve. Mount the evap canister purge valve on the Intake Manifold and fasten the retaining bolt with a tension of 12 n.m (106 lb in). Reach-down and close the throttle, then join the evap purge pipe to the evap canister purge valve and finally reconnect evap canister purge valve electrical connector to itself.
