How to replace the navigation antenna on Cadillac CTS?

The first step to replace the navigation antenna is to take off the rear shelf trim cover. The first step requires removing the screws that fasten the GPS antenna to the electrical carrier before disconnecting the GPS antenna harness at the electrical carrier. Check the GPS system works properly when the vehicle stays outdoors for at least five minutes before installation. Put the GPS antenna harness over the electrical carrier after reconnecting it and proceed with attaching the screws to place the GPS antenna on the electrical carrier before replacing the rear shelf trim cover.
