A/C Clutch is a small electromagnetic coupling on the compressor, which clamps the pulley when cooling is required and otherwise frees the pulley. Relax the tension of the belt and remove the belt off the compressor pulley. Unscrew the connector of the clutch, hold on the hub and remove the bolt and snap ring. Glide the shaft with the worn pulley and hub. Clean the shaft, drop of compressor oil and slide the new pulley. Install the new snap ring, attach the new A/C Clutch hub with a bolt and adjust the air gap using a feeler gauge. Connect wire again, install and adjust belt and begin engine, allow engine to idle, and hear it out till final clear click of A/C Clutch.
