How to Safely and Correctly Replace a Front Headlight Bulb on Buick LeSabre?

A driver should first turn off the lamp switch then wait for the bulb to cool down before changing the bulb to avoid shard glass injuries. You should handle the bulb by the base only while wearing protective eye gear and keeping the bulb glass untouched plus moisture-free from dirt. Disposal of used bulbs should be proper while all halogen bulbs must remain beyond children's grasp. The replacement procedure for the passenger side high beam headlamp bulb includes separate steps while all remaining headlamps need their bulb (3 or 4) twisted counterclockwise to release retainer tabs before pulling out the bulb to disconnect it from the wire harness. Close the hood after the inspection and test the headlamp aim especially in cases where a new headlamp installation occurred or front-end service work could have affected the mounting brackets.
