How to Replace and Install an Ambient Temperature Sensor in an HVAC System on Buick LaCrosse?

Before you replace the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor, remove the upper air deflector. Then, pull the retaining tabs to pull out the ambient air temperature sensor and remove the electrical connector from it. For installation connect the electrical connector to the ambient air temperature sensor, line the retaining tabs up on the bottom side of the sensor hole and push up to install the sensor into the vehicle. Finally, re-instate the upper air deflector.
