How to Properly Install the Upper Steering Column Bearing on 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

In a bid to substitute the steering shaft upper bearing, disassemble the steering column and other features, such as the steering wheel module coil and ignition lock cylinder case. Take out steering shaft lock plate retaining ring, upper bearing and pivot pins. Install steering column bearing and reassemble the steering column.
