How to replace the exhaust camshaft and lash adjusters on 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to replace the exhaust camshaft and valve lifters, remove the actuator and bolts on the caps until there is no tension. Indicate the caps to be reinstalled and remove the camshaft. Be ready when reinstalling, lubricate parts, and assemble every part. Lastly, install the actuator again.
