Then pull downward to remove the upper Coil Spring Insulator. The installation process begins with placing the upper Coil Spring Insulator onto body and then inserting the lower Coil Spring Insulator into the Control Arm. Insert the coil spring into position while making sure each insulator sits exactly where it should. Safeguard fastener handling to maintain vehicle safety. Lift the lower Control Arm while you attach the retaining bolts to the shock absorber and torque them to 25 nm (18 lb ft). The rear brake caliper guide pins require connection while torquing them to 34 nm (25 lb in). After installing the stabilizer link, attach the adjustment link to the Control Arm and tighten its retaining nut to 30 nm (22 lb ft) with an additional 180 degrees torque. The automatic level control's sensor link needs to connect to the Control Arm before re-installing the tire and wheel and then lowering the vehicle.
