Working through the wheel well opening disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor. First clean the area surrounding the ckp sensor then remove the bolt and sensor itself. Start your installation by installing the ckp sensor and follow all directions related to fasteners. Put the ckp sensor bolt in position after which you must tighten it to 25 nm (18 lb ft). Reinstall the Starter while reconnecting the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the ckp sensor.
