How to replace the Engine Coolant Pipe for LH6, LY5, LMG, L76, and L92 engines on 2009 GMC Sierra 1500?

Engine coolant air bleed pipe (307) for lh6 ly5 lmg l76 and l92 engine replacement begins by removing the Intake Manifold if rear coolant air bleed covers need replacement. First drain your cooling system by removing the air cleaner outlet duct. You should first off the radiator vent hose clamp located at the air bleed pipe connection then disconnect the hose from its fitting point. You need to first remove bolts (309) from the coolant air bleed pipe (307) and take out both parts along with seals (308). Lift out the coolant air bleed cover bolts (312) and along with them the covers (313) which include seals (308) if replacement is needed. Discard the old seals. Starting installation by placing the o-ring seal (308) against the pipe nipple before putting seals on either the coolant air bleed pipe or covers. Install the Cylinder Head's coolant air bleed pipe (307) and seals (308) by tightening bolts (309) to 12 nm (106 lb in). Secure the cover bolts (312) by torquing them to their specified value unless alternative attachments include seals (308) together with covers (313). Screw the radiator vent inlet hose back to its place while installing a clamp at the fitting. After filling the cooling system, return the air cleaner outlet duct and reinstall the Intake Manifold if rear coolant air bleed covers needed replacement.
