How to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor on 2009 GMC Envoy?

To replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor disconnect the sensor harness by lifting the vehicle. Take out the sensor and retaining bolt of the engine block. Check the O-ring against wear and lubricate a new one (as required). Install the sensor again, tighten the bolt, reconnect the harness and bring the vehicle down.
