How to calibrate the Brake Light Switch after servicing the BPPS or BCM on 2009 Chevrolet Impala?

In order to calibrate the brake pedal position sensor (BPPS) following service, make sure that the correct pushrod is installed in case of replacing the master brake cylinder.
