  A: Begin by taking off the air cleaner and removing the Thermostat Housing to access the Water Pump (LNF). Start by removing the Water Pump access plate from the front cover and empty the coolant from the Water Pump using the Drain Plug at its base. You must secure the j 43651 Water Pump holding tool to service the sprocket and chain assembly by engaging with the access cover bolts. You need to take out the Water Pump after detaching its three inner sprocket bolts and two sole pump bolts alongside the back two pump bolts. Dispose of the o-ring seal with the Water Pump. Use the fresh o-ring to seal the Water Pump while aligning it using a guide pin made from an m 6 m x 6 mm stud. After placing the Water Pump on the engine block turn the bolts by hand and put on the inner sprocket bolts before tightening them to 25nm at 18lbft with snaps of 2 threads on either side. After install the Water Pump access plate with bolts and torque them to 10 nm before removing the j 43651 tool. Set the Water Pump assembly and air cleaner setup when you finish work.
