How to replace the parking brake cable on 2009 Chevrolet Aveo?

To change the parking brake cable, one has to release the parking brake lever, and take the rear wheels out. Unscrew the brake cable attaching it to the parking brake shoe lever and the brake backing plate. Install fresh cable, reconnect the brake shoes and drums and make sure that the cable is well-routed, and then re-fit the rear wheels. Penetrate the cable length accordingly.
