The installation of new o-rings follows and the auxiliary Evaporator txv assembly gets connected to the Evaporator. Installation of fasteners must be slow to prevent damage to the vehicle. Mount the auxiliary Evaporator pipe assembly to the Evaporator while securing its bolts with 3.5 nm torque and reinstall the assembly in the auxiliary hvac module. Fasten the combined module pieces with screws while applying torque of 1 nm (9 lb in).
