So as to replace the engine flywheel with an automatic transmission, first, take away the transmission. Removal of flywheel. Discard flywheel bolts and remove flywheel. Install the new flywheel onto the crankshaft, the new bolts and tighten them accordingly. Lastly, install the transmission again.
