The first step for servicing and repairing the flex plate alongside engine Flywheel replacement (RPO M30) involves acquiring the tools which include the angle meter (J 45059). The transmission must be removed first then discard the old Flywheel bolts followed by taking out the Flywheel. To complete the installation of the new Flywheel you should position it on the Crankshaft while you apply the new Flywheel bolts. Use the angle meter (J 45059) for tight torque these bolts to 25 n.m (18 lb ft) while adding an additional 50 degrees before reinstallation of the transmission.
