How to replace the Flywheel in an automatic transmission on 2008 Chevrolet Express 2500?

Before beginning the automatic transmission flex plate replacement you must remove the automatic transmission if present while making a record of engine Flywheel direction until the automatic transmission is removed properly. Proceed by removing both the engine Flywheel bolts and subsequent automatic transmission engine Flywheel. Clean the engine Flywheel while also installing 2 m11x1.5 mm bolts into the threaded spacer holes on the Crankshaft rear for spacer removal by turning the bolts clockwise. To install the components begin with positioning the spacer onto the Crankshaft rear if needed followed by automatic transmission engine Flywheel deployment. Extend the length of Flywheel bolts when working with spacers while applying threadlocker to these bolts and installing them. The engine Flywheel bolts must be secured in a specific installation sequence using torque specifications that start at 20 n.m (15 lb ft), then rise to 50 n.m (37 lb ft) and end at 100 n.m (74 lb ft). Afterward, install the automatic transmission.
